Crash Involving School Bus, Car Shuts Down Portion of Great Seneca Highway
Collision occurred near Dawson Farm Road
Yessenia M. Martinez Rivas, 37, was hospitalized and died hours later from injuries she suffered after being hit by a Toyota Prius traveling north on Muddy Branch Road.

Due to an accident involving a school bus and a car, the northbound lane of Great Seneca Highway has been shut down at Dawson Farm Road, Montgomery County police said.
The accident occurred at 3:52 p.m. Wednesday, MCP spokeswoman Blanca King told Patch.
Montgomery County Fire & Rescue Service spokesman Scott Grahm said he had not received reports of serious injuries related to the incident.
There was no information on whether there were students on the bus.
