NWS Warns of Wet Snow

Winter weather advisory issued for Montgomery County

Today’s steady stream of rain could mean a snowy evening commute.

The region could see 1 to 4 inches of snow, with the heaviest accumulation arriving around midnight, as temperatures fall to the low to mid 30s and northwest winds gust at 14 to 40 miles per hour, according to the National Weather Service.

A winter weather advisory has been issued for Montgomery County from 7 p.m. tonight through 3 a.m. Thursday.

Drivers are urged to be cautious.
