Maryland-National Capital Park Police released on Thursday a composite sketch of a suspect reportedly seen performing a lewd act at Black Hill Regional Park last month.

According to police, a person witnessed a male masturbating on a trail behind Anndyke Way shortly after 4 p.m. Oct. 9.

The suspect was described as a clean-shaven white or Hispanic male with short dark hair and was wearing a dark blue shirt and multicolored shorts that looked like swim trunks.
