Police: Homeowners Walk In On Burglars

A teenager and Germantown man charged with burglary, theft

 

Germantown homeowners caught suspected burglars in the act Saturday night.

 According to police, the homeowners arrived at their Steeple Court residence at 11:30 p.m. to discover the lights on and two people inside. They called the police while the alleged burglars were still there, police said in their news blog Tuesday. 

Police arrested a 15-year-old boy who lives on Steeple Court. The teen, whom police did not identify, was charged as a juvenile with first-degree burglary, theft, and malicious destruction of property, according to police. 

Police also arrested Bryan Tyrone Littlejohn, 20, of 13000 block of Bayberry Drive, according to District Court records accessed online.
