Ever wonder what crimes are happening in your neighborhood? Here is a list of recent crimes in your area. The following information was provided by the Montgomery County Police Department:

• An aggravated assault occurred on Observation Court in Germantown on Monday, 10/25 at 9:00 a.m. This incident is domestic. The victim and her boyfriend were arguing when the suspect, who was cooking and had a kitchen knife in his hand, pointed the knife toward the victim and threatened her. Suspect was arrested on the scene.

            Arrested:  Male, 24 years, from Germantown

• A commercial burglary occurred at Pep Boys, 20900-A Frederick Road in Germantown on Tuesday, 10/26 between 3 a.m. and 3:40 a.m. Suspects forced entry into the business and property was taken.

• A commercial burglary occurred at Café Tecuba, 19741 Frederick Road in Germantown on Friday, 10/26 between 2:13 a.m. and 2:20 a.m. Suspects forced entry into the business and property was taken.

• An aggravated assault occurred in the 19600 block of Crystal Rock Drive in Germantown on Saturday, 10/30 between 8:00 p.m. and 8:30 p.m. Officers responded to the Germantown Emergency Center for a stabbing that occurred earlier. The victim advised she was arguing with the known acquaintance when she was stabbed in the arm. Charges are pending.

• A residential burglary occurred in the 12300 block of Silvergate Way in Germantown on Thursday, 10/28 between 3:00 p.m. and 4:30 p.m. Suspect is known to victim. Unknown type entry; property was taken. Charges are pending.

• An attempted residential burglary occurred in the 13500 block of Deerwater Drive in Germantown overnight between Wednesday, 10/27 and Thursday, 10/28. The victim returned home to find signs of tampering on the rear door and the handle removed. No entry was made, nothing was taken.

• A strong-arm robbery occurred at Germantown Road and Dawson Farm Road in Germantown on Wednesday, 10/27 at 3:30 p.m. The victim, an adult male, was walking with his headphones on when he was hit on the side of his face. The suspects then surrounded the victim and he was hit again. The suspects took personal property from him. Suspects fled on foot.
