Daria Yuryevna Soboleva, 20, was spending the summer in Maryland.
Police have released the identity of the woman killed in a fiery crash in Dickerson earlier this month.
Daria Yuryevna Soboleva was a 20-year-old Russian citizen who was spending the summer in Ocean City, Md., but had made a trip to the Washington area at the time of the crash, according to Montgomery County Police.
