  the week of August 13.&nbsp\; Each day a different topic will be explor
 ed to help students understand the most important areas of preparing for
  college access:&nbsp\; Monday:&nbsp\; Using the MCPS Family Connections
  program in the College Search Process\; Tuesday:&nbsp\; What are colleg
 es looking for in&nbsp\;your application/the&nbsp\;process\; Wednesday: 
 Writing&nbsp\;a great&nbsp\;Admissions Essay/Personal statement\; Thursd
 ay:&nbsp\; Using&nbsp\;the Common Application&nbsp\;for college applicat
 ions\; Friday:&nbsp\;Looking for and getting Financial Aid &amp\; Schola
 rships.&nbsp\;&nbsp\; Offered twice each day\, either from 10-12 a.m. or
  1-3 p.m. each day\, students may choose&nbsp\;morning or afternoon&nbsp
