The T-Trak chapter of the BANtrak model train group will be setting up a model train inside the historic bank building across from the Germantown train station. Children of all ages and adults will entertained, amazed and amused by the little trains and miniature landscapes. Expert engineers will guide the train around the track and explain how it all works. Refreshments will be served.

The Germantown Historical Society was founded in 1990. It provides resources concerning local history. They also host two annual programs on local history, in which they invite guest speakers. They also have an archive of old editions of the Gazette and historical papers of Germantown organizations. The organization also sponsors the Germantown Flea Markets.
