Shredding Event Will Help Local Food Bank
Local groups are offering free documenting shredding services in exchange for donated food items.
Bring your non-perishable food items out to the Harvest Bank of Maryland on Middlebrook Road today and the bank, in partnership with APMI Shredding and Core Development, Inc., will offer free document shredding services.
The annual event will last from 9 a.m. to noon on Saturday.
All food items will be donated to The Manna Food Center food bank and will be used to feed hungry families throughout Montgomery County this winter.
