BlackRock ‘Transformed’

Four-artist exhibit opens Wednesday at BlackRock Center for the Arts

BlackRock’s latest exhibit, “Transformed,” features work by four artists transform their mediums—encaustic works, photography, mixed media, and wood sculptures—to create representational abstractions. 

“Transformed” opens Wednesday and continues through Saturday, July 27 at the Germantown arts venue’s main gallery.

The show will feature work by Marilyn Banner, Carole Clem, Susan Feller and George Wedberg. The artist reception is Saturday, July 13, from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m.
