Blueberry Crumble

Fun blueberry dessert recipes just in time for blueberry season.

This recipe had me at “the blueberries will bubble and the toppings will brown.” Butler’s Orchard in Germantown wraps up our series of blueberry dessert recipes with a crumble recipe that’s quick and approachable for most. If you’ve got blueberries, sugar, oats, cinnamon, and 30 minutes to spare, then you’ve got what it takes to make it. Enjoy.

Combine blueberries with white sugar in a pie plate.  In a small bowl, combine butter, oats, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Sprinkle on top of the berries. Bake 30 to 35 minutes, at 375 degrees. Blueberries will bubble and toppings will brown when crumble is done.
