Irish Dance Tour Jigs Through BlackRock
Culkin School of Traditional Irish Dance performs Saturday, March 3.
A local dance troupe hopes to school audiences on the traditions of Irish dance during a pre-St. Patrick’s Day show at BlackRock Center for the Arts.
Culkin School of Traditional Irish Dance, which has locations through Montgomery County, is scheduled to perform two shows at the Germantown arts venue Saturday, March 3, according to BlackRock.
The performance is a tour stop on Culkin’s St. Pat’s Tour 2012, and precedes an appearance at Gaithersburg’s St. Patrick’s Day parade on March 17, according to the dance school’s schedule.
