On stage: Taylor 2 Dance Company
Touring modern dance troupe makes stop at BlackRock.
Taylor 2 Dance Company will perform at BlackRock Center for the Arts’ studio theater Saturday, Oct. 22.
The six-dancer touring wing of Paul Taylor Dance Company draws from Taylor's repertoire of modern dance. A spokeswoman for the dance company said Taylor 2 would perform “Airs,” “Runes” and “Esplande” at BlackRock.
Tickets to the show cost $30; show time is 8 p.m. For more information, call BlackRock Center for the Arts at 301-528-2260, visit www.blackrockcenter.org or go to the box office at the theater, at 12901 Commons Drive between 10 a.m. and 5 p.m. Monday through Friday, or an hour before showtime.
