POTOMAC—Area foodies will have a new cookbook to display on their shelves: Founding Farmers plans to release a restaurant cook book in October.
Located in Potomac and Washington, DC, Founding Farmers offers a seasonal, locally-sourced menu of comfort food. The restaurant made the cookbook announcement at Potomac Patch:

Included will be such signature favorites as Southern Pan-Fried Chicken and Waffles, Devil-ish Eggs, Skillet Cornbread, and Farmer Ellen’s Carrot Cake among others from an archive of original recipes that have been enjoyed by guests from around the world, and featured in TV and online appearances and broadcasts.
