Local officials helped celebrate Neelsville Giant Food’s reopening during a ribbon cutting ceremony on Friday.
The grocery store, at 20944 Frederick Road, now has a full-service floral department, expanded gourmet cheese offerings and more international food, according to a spokeswoman Sara Nuemann, who submitted this photo.
