According to KNLB Retail, the broker for the retail portion of the development, Café Rio Mexican Grill, Smashburger, La Tagliatella, Panera Bread, and a yogurt place have signed leases at the Shops.
Also, Famous Dave’s plans to open Sept. 16—the day after Wegmans holds its official opening.
Other tenants include a Montgomery County liquor store, a Sprint store, hair salons and a nail spa.
Wedged between Father Hurley Boulevard and Seneca Meadows Parkway, the Shops at Seneca Meadows won approval by the Montgomery County Planning Board in 2010.
