When you plan to go out to dinner and you choose a restaurant, what kind of things factor into that decision? Maybe you check the menu online and decide there are too few vegetarian options, or that the prices are a bit high.

La Rumba, located at 2311 Price Avenue, is the latest Wheaton restaurant to show up on the list of violations. It was closed Sept. 13 for "rodent and roach infestations and unsanitary conditions," the Washington Post reported. The next day, the restaurant formerly known as El Boqueron was back in business.
