KNIGHT SKY CONSULTING RELOCATING HEADQUARTERS TO WESTVIEW BUSINESS PARK IN FREDERICK COUNTY

FREDERICK, MD (March 27, 2014) – Knight Sky, LLC has signed a lease with St. John Properties, Inc. for 12,840 square feet of space at Westview Business Park, and plans to relocate its corporate headquarters to the 49-acre business community located at the intersection of Interstate 270 and MD Route 85 (Buckeystown Pike) at Pegasus Court in Frederick, MD. Danny Severn of St. John Properties represented the landlord and Joe McCormick and Evan Bernardi of HBW Group represented the tenant in this transaction. 

                         

                          Knight Sky is a satellite services and wireless consultancy firm that supports the Department of Defense and federal civilian agencies with Internet Protocol (IP) networking via satellite, and focuses on the design, installation and operations of mobile communication networks and information technology services. Long-term customers include the United States Army, the Federal Bureau of Investigation, the Federal Emergency Management Agency and the Department of Homeland Security.

                          Westview Business Park consists of nine buildings totaling approximately 423,000 square feet of multi-tenanted R&D/office/flex buildings in a corporate campus, with an additional six acres of land currently under development with frontage along MD Route 85. Westview Business Park has attracted a number of new companies within the past two years, including Airtron, Gemini Corporation, the National Society of Public Surveyors, CBIZ, Kemp Bio and Performance Automatic. In addition, Texas Roadhouse is building a new restaurant on a pad-site in the business community, and intends to open this summer.
