Globetrotting Street Dog Found, Returns To Germantown Home

Ralph was found at Dulles Airport on Christmas Day

A while ago Patch wrote about a Germantown couple who fell in love with an street dog in Egypt and had made arrangements to have the dog flown to Dulles. But the reunion was cut short in the parking lot when the dog, Ralph, ran away and went missing for days.

Well, Patch is happy to report that on Christmas Day we got an update from one of Ralph’s owners, Dave Scott, who wrote:

My wife and I set a trap at Dulles Airport around 7pm Christmas Eve, after checking the trap all night, we came back this morning at around 9am and he was caught! He is at home now, getting a bath and checked out at a Vet.

Glad this story had a happy ending!
