Investigation was triggered by a complaint following the death of New York resident Jennifer Morbelli, The Gazette reports.

Maryland investigators found “no deficiencies” in its review of a Germantown abortion clinic after the death of a woman who sought an abortion there, The Gazette reports.

“Disseminated intravascular coagulation” and  “amniotic fluid embolism” were the causes of death on the death certificate, Goldfarb said.
