•    Learn easy techniques to release stress.
•    Learn relax your body and mind in 5 minutes or less.
•    Learn to remove the emptiness inside your body.
•    Learn to prevent the negative self-talk that stops you from success.




This workshop is conducted in 3 evenings and teaches a quick and easy method for self hypnosis and valuable tools to release emotions and negative self talk.  In each 2 hour sessions, you will receive simple instructions of each technique that you can take home, plus as an extra bonus, a free guided relaxation CD with Laura’s voice at the final class to have a peaceful sleep. Each session includes a short guided relaxation with instructions for a calm existence.  Attend one or all three sessions, each session unique.
