Explore a Park: Muddy Branch Greenway

New to the area, or just want to get out for a hike? Explore different
parks in Montgomery County with an experienced Black Hill Naturalist as your
guide. Hike lengths vary with the pace of each group. Please dress for the
weather in appropriate hiking gear. Today we’ll explore a southern section of
the Muddy Branch Greenway, one of Montgomery Parks’ newest trails. Portions of
the trail are still under construction, so be sure to wear sturdy shoes and
don’t forget to bring your sense of adventure! 

Meet at the large parking area
for Blockhouse Point Conservation Park, in the 14400 block of River Road, about
