Orion and the Winter Circle

We’ll trace out the Winter Circle, formed by some of the brightest
stars in the sky; find such constellations as Orion the Hunter and Taurus the
Bull, hopefully spot a satellite or two and maybe even a comet. We’ll view the
Moon, star clusters, the Great Orion Nebula, the planet Jupiter and its four
Galilean moons and more in volunteer operated telescopes. Bring your own
binoculars if you have them. Please check our website www.BlackHillNature.org
or our Facebook page for updates on cancellations if the weather looks
questionable for viewing the night sky. Children must be accompanied by an
adult. Please register and pay for all attendees. 301-528-3492, www.blackhillnature.org. Register at ParkPASS.org, #265549, ages 1
& up, $7/person, FOBH $6.
