An aggravated assault was reported at the Fox Chapel 7-Eleven at 19700 Frederick Road in Germantown around 12:50 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 25. The suspect attempted to assault the victim with a weapon and was arrested.

Arrested: Male, age 30, no fixed address

A residential burglary was reported in the 19300 block of Circle Gate Drive in Germantown on Tuesday, Dec. 25, between 6 and 10:55 p.m. Forced entry; property taken.

A residential burglary was reported in the 19700 block of Crystal Rock Drive in Germantown on Wednesday, Dec. 19, between 1 and 8 p.m. No forced entry; property taken.

A residential burglary was reported in the 19100 block of Cherry Bend Drive in Germantown on Thursday, Dec. 20, between 4:30 and 7:30 p.m. No forced entry; property taken.

Upcounty

A strong-arm robbery was reported at the intersection of Ridge and Kemptown Roads in Damascus on Monday, Dec. 24, at around 4:10 p.m. The suspects forcefully removed property from the victim after a collision.

A residential burglary was reported in the 23000 block of Timber Creek Lane in Clarksburg on Sunday, Dec. 23 around 7:50 p.m. The suspect searched the victim’s vehicle, which was parked inside the garage, and removed property.

A residential burglary was reported in the 14100 block of Forest Ridge Drive in North Potomac on Saturday, Dec. 22, between 4:30 and 9:15 p.m. Forced entry; property taken.

A residential burglary was reported on Tuesday, Dec. 25, between 11 a.m. to 7 p.m., in the 14400 block of Lake Winds Way in North Potomac. Forced entry; property taken. 

A residential burglary was reported on Tuesday, Dec. 25, between 2 p.m. and 9 p.m., in the 14400 block of Settlers Landing Way in North Potomac. No forced entry; property taken.
