Crime Summary: Cab Driver Robbed in Damascus

Three Men Charged in Burglary
A Germantown man was among three arrested following reports of a residential burglary in the 14300 block of Rosetree Court in Aspen Hill at around 6 p.m. Monday, June 25. Fourth-degree burglary charges have been filed against David Harmon, 22, of Germantown, Bryan Denny, 20 of Rockville, and Julian Denny, 20 of Aspen Hill, according to court records accessed online. 

Germantown Teens Arrested
Police arrested three 13-year-old males following reports of a residential burglary in the 18100 block of Metz Drive at around 7 p.m. Sunday, June 24.

Police: Man Robs Cab Driver
Police are looking for suspect who robbed a cab driver in Damascus early Saturday, June 23. A police spokeswoman said a man hailed a cab from Shady Grove Metro to Damascus and threatened the driver with a gun in the 27600 block of Ridge Road at around 2:45 a.m. The man was described as between 35 and 37 years old, between 5-feet, 8-inches and 6 feet tall and between 160 to 170 pounds.
