Armed robbery, assault

An attempted strong-arm robbery was reported at Germantown Road and Observation Drive in Germantown at 3 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 24. Police said the suspects assaulted the alleged victim and tried to take the person’s property. Police are looking for three males between the ages 20 and 22 who are about 6-feet tall.

An aggravated assault was reported in the 20300 block of Thunderhead Way in Germantown at 11:15 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 21. Police said suspect, who is known to the alleged victim, threatened the person with a weapon and left the scene.

Thefts from vehicles

A theft from vehicle was reported overnight between Monday, Dec. 19, and Tuesday, Dec. 20, in the 11400 block of Neelsville Church Road in Germantown. Clothing and CDs were reported missing. Police said there were no signs of forced entry. 

A theft from vehicle was reported overnight between Monday, Dec. 19, and Tuesday, Dec. 20, in the 11500 block of Scottsbury Terrace in Germantown. Cash was reported missing. Police said there were no signs of forced entry.

A theft from vehicle was reported overnight between Monday, Dec. 19, and Tuesday, Dec. 20, in the 11000 block of Cross Laurel Drive in Germantown. Cash was reported missing. Police said there were no signs of forced entry.

An attempted theft from vehicle was reported overnight between Monday, Dec. 19, and Tuesday, Dec. 20, in the unit block of Mill Pond Court in Germantown.

 

Residential burglaries

An attempted residential burglary was reported in the 11500 block of Dragonfire Way in Germantown at 12:20 a.m. Thursday, Dec. 22.

A residential burglary was reported in the 11800 block of Tulip Stem Drive in Germantown between Wednesday, Dec. 21, and Friday, Dec. 23.

A residential burglary was reported in the 18900 block of Highstream Drive in Germantown on Monday, Dec. 19, between 8:51 and 10:15 a.m. Police said there were signs of forced entry.
