Germantown Man Arrested for 7-Eleven Cigarette Robberies
Man threatened store employees in two incidents in May, police said.
A Germantown man has been arrested in connection with two robberies of a Rockville 7-Eleven in May, county police said in a news release on Thursday.
Hector Damian Villarreal, 21, of the 18800 block of McFarlin Drive, in Germantown, is charged with two counts of robbery and is being held on $250,000 bond, the release said.
Police allege that in two separate incidents in May, Villarreal stole cigarettes and threatened employees of . Both events were captured on surveillance video, the release said.

At around 3:44 a.m. on May 1, Villarreal allegedly entered the store and went behind the counter, removing cigarettes valued at $12 from the display, police said.
At around 12:23 a.m. on May 16, Villarreal allegedly entered the same 7-Eleven, vaulted the counter and took cigarettes valued at $24 from behind the counter, police said.
