Germantown Pedestrian Killed in Crash at Lakeforest Bus Station
Silvano Celedonio Alvarado was trying to cross Lost Knife, according to Montgomery County police.
A 60-year-old Germantown man who was struck by a vehicle at Lakeforest Transit Center on April 26 later died, Montgomery County police said Monday.
Silvano Celedonio Alvarado, of the 12900 block of Walnut View Court, died at a hospital April 29 due to injuries from the crash.
According to police, Alvarado was trying to cross Lost Knife Road near Odendhal Avenue at around 8:30 p.m. when he was struck by a Lexus traveling south.

Police said the Lexus driver, Song Hee Lee, 71, of Gaithersburg, stayed at the scene and helped police.
