Germantown Teen, Two Others Charged for Racist Graffiti

Montgomery County Police found swastikas, racial slurs and other graffiti spray-painted on Poolesville High School's outer walls.

A Germantown teen and two other youths were charged with spray painting racial slurs, "KKK" and a swastika on the outside walls, windows and basketball court of Poolesville High School, and removing a John Deere utility vehicle from a locked storage building at the school.

Montgomery County Police said a 14-year-old male from Germantown, a 16-year-old male from Dickerson, and a 16-year-old male from Poolesville were arrested Monday, June 13, after a Poolesville High School employee reported the incident at around 6 a.m. the same day. 

The juveniles were charged with second degree burglary and destruction of property and were released to their parents.
