Crime Summary: Armed Robbery, Assaults
The following arrest information was supplied by the Montgomery County Police Department for Montgomery County's 5th District. It does not indicate a conviction.
An aggravated assault was reported in the 13500 block of Demetrius Way in Germantown on Monday, Dec. 26, at 9:10 p.m. Police said the suspect assaulted the alleged victim and left the scene. The suspect is described as 25- to 40-year-old male, 5’7”tall, and between 125 and 135 pounds.
An armed robbery was reported at the intersection of Mateny and Tarragon roads in Germantown on Tuesday, Jan. 3, at 8 p.m. Police said one of the two suspects displayed a weapon and obtained property from the alleged victim. The suspects are described as:
- A 20-to 25-year-old male, 6’1” tall, 180 pounds, dreadlocks
- A 20-to 25-year-old male, 5’5” to 5’7” tall, 150 pounds, dreadlocks
An assault was reported 1 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 29, at Mateny Road and Point Seneca Place in Germantown. Police said the alleged victim was assaulted by the suspect who then left the scene. The suspect is described as a 30- to 35-year-old male, 6’1” tall, and 230 pounds

Poolesville Depot, 19200 Jerusalem Road in Poolesville, was burglarized between Saturday, Dec. 31, and Monday, Jan. 2.
A theft from vehicle was reported on Thursday, Dec. 29, in the 17200 block of Chiswell Road in Poolesville.
