MCPD Arrest 3 Juveniles for Burglaries

All of the crimes took place during the daytime in Germantown.

Montgomery County Police have apprehended three teenagers, ages 15, 16 and 17, for a series of daytime burglaries around Germantown.

The junveniles' identities will not be made public because they are minor. They are set to appear in an adjudication hearing Friday in juvenile court.

The 17-year-old has been charged with two counts of burglary that occurred on May 31. According to a press release issued by the police department, "The 16-year-old and 15-year-old juveniles are charged with a total of six burglaries including the two that occurred on May 31st, as well as four thefts from auto incidents."

Police say the teenagers were responsible for crimes at the following locations:

  • 13200 block of Astoria Hills Court
  • 20800 block of Burnt Woods Drive
  • 20800 block of Burnt Woods Drive
  • 13400 block of Burnt Woods Place
  • 20700 block of Crystal Hill Circle
  • unit block of Diamond Hill Court
