Montgomery County Crime: Armed Robbery Arrest, Burglaries Reported in Germantown

The following incidents were supplied by Montgomery County police for July 8-16. Arrests do not indicate convictions.

An armed robbery reported 9:45 a.m. Friday, July 12 in the 400 block of West Diamond Avenue in Gaithersburg led to the arrest of a 19-year-old Germantown man.

 

An attempted residential burglary was reported in the 12900 block of Creamery Hill Drive, between Saturday, July 13 and Monday, July 15. Nothing taken.

An attempted residential burglary was reported in the 13000 block of Well House Court 12:45 a.m. Sunday, July 14. Nothing taken.

A residential burglary was reported in the 18500 block of Nutmeg Place Monday, July 15 at 2:45 p.m.

A residential burglary was reported in the 18700 block of Harmony Woods Lane 3:38 a.m. Tuesday, July 16. No forced entry; property taken.

A residential burglary was reported to a shed located in the 13600 block of Palmetto Circle on Thursday, July 11 between 7:45 p.m. and 8:15 p.m.  Forced entry; property taken.

A residential burglary was reported in the 19000 block of Warrior Brook Drive on Tuesday, July 16, between 7:50 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. Forced entry; property taken.

A residential burglary was reported in the 18000 block of Barleycorn Way on Tuesday, July 9, between noon and 4 p.m. No forced entry; property taken.

An attempted residential burglary was reported in the 12900 block of Creamery Hill Drive on Wednesday, July 10, between 9:30 a.m. and 2:15 p.m. Attempted forced entry; nothing taken.

An attempted residential burglary was reported in the 12900 block of Prairie Knoll Court on Wednesday, July 10, between noon and 6:38 p.m. Attempted forced entry; nothing taken.

A residential burglary was reported in the 12900 block of Barleycorn Terrace 9 p.m. Wednesday, July 10. No forced entry; property taken.

An attempted residential burglary was reported in the 18900 block of Snow Fields Circle, between noon Monday, July 8 and 7:30 p.m. Wednesday, July 10. Attempted forced entry; nothing taken.

A residential burglary was reported in the 13400 block of Staffordshire Place Thursday, July 11, between 7 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. Forced entry; property taken. 

An attempted residential burglary was reported in the 13600 block of Wisteria Drive Tuesday, July 16, between 8:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. Attempted forced entry; nothing taken.

Two vehicle thefts were reported overnight in the 20000 block of Sweetgum Circle Friday, July 12.

An attempted residential burglary was reported in the 20000 block of Halethorpe Lane Friday, July 12. Attempted entry; nothing taken. Arrested: Male, 21, of no fixed address.

A theft was reported in the 25100 block of Woodfield Road between 8 p.m. Monday, July 8 and 10 a.m. Thursday, July 11. Construction materials taken.
