Nearby: Jogger Dies After Being Hit by School Bus
Spokeswoman: No charges have been filed against the driver; crash is still under investigation.
A jogger who was struck by a school bus in Rockville last week has died, Montgomery County police said Tuesday.
Jason Alexander Estabrook, 42, of Point of Rocks, died Monday from injuries suffered when he was hit by a Montgomery County Public Schools bus on May 21 at Shady Grove and Darnestown roads.
Police said the driver, Tugjnyam Bavaa, 58, of Rockville, was not injured. No students were on the bus.

The crash is still under investigation, said Officer Janelle Smith, a Montgomery County police spokeswoman.
No charges have been filed against the driver, Smith said.
