Police Say Man Tried to Force Woman Perform Sex Act at Bus Stop
Victor M. Jimenez, of Germantown, is charged with sexual offenses.
Sex offense charges were filed against a Germantown man following a woman’s allegations that he tried to force her to perform a sexual act at a bus stop outside a liquor store.
Victor M. Jimenez, 31, of the 19400 block of Saint Johnsburg Lane, was charged with fourth-degree sex offense, attempted second-degree sex offense, indecent exposure and second-degree assault, according to records obtained from Montgomery County District Court.
The charges stem from an alleged incident police said occurred at 1 a.m. on July 5. According to Montgomery County Police, the alleged victim walked from a liquor store near Fox Chapel Shopping Center to a bus stop along Frederick Road.

Police claimed that Jimenez slid next to the woman, put his arm around her and began rubbing her back, prompting the woman to push away.
After trying to hug and kiss the woman, Jimenez allegedly stood up and exposed himself, grabbed the woman’s head, and pulled her toward him, court filings said.

According to police, woman flailed her arms and pushed Jimenez away. Jimenez walked away, down Frederick Road, police alleged.
A nearby policeman reportedly approached the woman at the bus stop moments later. Jimenez, who was still walking down Frederick Road, was taken into custody without incident.
A preliminary hearing was scheduled for Aug. 3.
