Police Release Footage of Germantown Bank Robbery

Montgomery County police released surveillance video of last month’s Capital One Bank robbery in Germantown with hopes of catching the robber.

The Capital One ban at 21117 Frederick Road was robbed July 24. The video of the robbery shows a dark-skinned an with long dreadlocks and glasses—similar to the footage from a Capital One bank robbery in White Oak on May 22.
