Update: Police Locate Missing Germantown Man

Christopher Jeeves, 35, was last seen Monday at a Germantown Starbucks.

(Updated 9:30 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 22) Christopher Jeeves, 35, of Germantown, has been located and is reportedly safe and unharmed, Montgomery County Police said Thursday.

Jeeves, who lives in 13400 block of Fountain Club Drive, was reported missing after he failed to come home on Monday, spurring police to ask for the public's help.

Police said Christopher Jeeves, of the 13400 block of Fountain Club Drive, was last seen 6 p.m. Monday at the Starbucks at 13408 Kingsview Village Ave. Police said Jeeves usually returns to his home by 8 p.m. each night, but did not come home Monday.

Jeeves’ family and police are concerned for his physical and mental well-being because it is unlike him not return to his home.

Police described Jeeves as a white male, 5’7” tall and 220 pounds, with brown eyes and a brown mustache and beard. It is unknown what Jeeves was wearing at the time that he was last seen, Police said.

According to police, Jeeves does not drive, but he has access to the Ride-On bus system.

Police said Jeeves may be apprehensive when approached by people he doesn’t know and have advised those who comes into contact with him to contact the Montgomery County Police at 301-279-8000 immediately.
