Bernice Pauline Colaco was found unharmed in Germantown

Updated Friday, Jan. 4, 2013 — A Germantown woman police reported missing Thursday night was found unharmed in Germantown on Friday, Montgomery County Police announced on its newsblog.

Original — Montgomery County police are asking for the public’s help in finding a Germantown woman who has not been seen since New Year’s Eve.

Police said the woman's family last saw Bernice Pauline Colaco, 36, leaving her home in the 20100 block of Gunners Terrace at around 10:30 p.m. on Dec. 31.

Colaco was last seen wearing a blue puffy jacket, gray fleece pants and black boots. She drives a gold Toyota Corolla with Maryland registration of 9CGA72. 

Police described Colaco as a white female, 5-foot, 4-inches tall, weighing approximately 250 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.

She is known to frequent McDonald’s and shopping malls in the Germantown and Aspen Hill areas of the county.
