Three More Burglaries Reported; Photos of Alleged Suspect in Action

Police continue search for the suspect or suspects involved in a rash of Germantown burglaries

Montgomery County police say they believe the suspect or suspects linked to a rash of Germantown burglaries may have committed at least three more on Monday, the same day police released surveillance photos of a suspected burglar in action.

According to Montgomery County police officer Janelle Smith, the Monday night burglaries reportedly occurred on Black Gold Way, Winding Creek Way and Coral Grove Drive.

On Monday, police released survellence photos from an alleged theft from a vehicle on Wheatfield Drive early May 23. Police said two male suspects entered a vehicle parked in a driveway.  After removing items from the vehicle, one of the suspects was photographed trying to open the front door of the house.

Smith said two other burglaries have been reported since the photos were released Monday, but she was unable to provide details as to when those alleged incidents occurred.

However, Smith said police believe all of the incidents were linked.
