Police: White Oak Bank Robber Connected to Germantown Bank One Heist

Montgomery County police have released surveillance video of the man wanted in connection with therecent robberies of Capital One banks in White Oak and Germantown.

The footage above is from the May 22 bank robbery in White Oak, at 11261 New Hampshire Ave.
Surveillance stills from the White Oak robbery show a dark-skinned man with long dreadlocks and glasses—similar to footage from the July 24 robbery in Germantown.
