Report: Germantown Man Sentenced to 50 years for Frederick Sex Assault
Judge sentenced Perry Eugene Jr. to two-life sentences in prison, but suspended all but 50 years, The Gazette reports.
A man from Germantown was sentenced to two-life sentences—with all but 50 years suspended—for sexual offenses and assault, The Gazette reports.
Prosecutors said Perry Eugene Lee Jr., 22, broke into a Frederick, MD home on Dec. 9 looking for the person who assaulted him, but found a woman there with two children instead, The Gazette reports.
A gun was used to sexually assault the woman, The Gazette reports, citing a statement from the Frederick County State’s Attorney’s Office.

Lee was initially charged with first-degree burglary, two counts of first-degree assault, first and third degree sexual offense, and using a handgun in a felony or violent crime, Germantown Patch reported.

Lee pleaded guilty to two counts of first-degree sex offenses and one count of first-degree assault, according to The Gazette.
