Robbery Reported At Germantown WalMart
Police report that a lone gunman robbed a Walmart employee this morning.
An employee of the WalMart in Germantown was robbed by gunpoint this morning, according to police spokesman Howard Hersh. Hersh said a lone gunman entered the WalMart at approximately 5 a.m., robbed an employee of an undisclosed amount of cash and fled the scene. The gunman is described as a "muscular black male."
According to Hersh, police patrol responded to the scene but did not arrive in time to catch the gunman. Hersh said police are reviewing surveillance footage and will be released more details as the investigation continues.
