Trial Date Set for Man Accused of Sexually Abusing a Boy

Michel Rosenzweig, 52, of Germantown, is scheduled to stand trial Oct. 24.

An October trail date was set for a Germantown man charged with sexually abusing a 10-year-old boy at a community pool.

Michel Rosenzweig, 52, of 12800 block of Sage Terrace, is scheduled to stand trial on Oct. 24. Judge John W. Debelius III set the date during a hearing Friday in circuit court.

Rosenzweig was charged with several counts of sexual abuse, stemming from a 2003 incident at pool at Stratford Knolls community pool in Germantown. The accuser, who is now 18, came forward in March, after seeing Rosenzweig and obtaining the license number of the car he was driving, according to court records.
