Rice’s Clarksburg Development Forum is Wednesday

Councilman Craig Rice (D-Dist. 2, of Germantown), county staff expected to give updates on Clarksburg Village, Clarksburg Town Center and proposed outlet malls.

Montgomery County Council Vice President Craig Rice will be in Clarksburg on Wednesday to discuss several proposed projects.

Rice (D-Dist. 2, of Germantown), county planning staff and developers are expected to give an update on the progress of Clarksburg Village and Clarksburg Town Center. 

They will also discuss proposals for outlet malls in Clarksburg.
