WaPo: Planning Board Approves Blueprint for Clarksburg

The Montgomery County Planning Board approved revisions to Clarksburg’s master plan, which include protections for the Ten Mile Creek watershed and provisions for a 600 homes slated to be built near Interstate 270, The Washington Post reports.

The board vote came Thursday—setting the stage for continued debate over real estate and environmental interests when the plan reaches the Montgomery County Council for final action next year, The Post reports.
