Montgomery County Commission on Common Ownership Communities' (CCOC) Annual Forum

You are invited to attend Montgomery County Commission on Common Ownership Communities' (CCOC) Annual Forum on Saturday, October 15, 2011, 2:00 – 5:30 p.m.

The theme of this year’s forum is, “Money, Money, Money -- Best Practices for Your HOA, Condo or Co-op in Today’s Economy”. The Forum will be held in the Executive Office Building Cafeteria at 101 Monroe Street in Rockville. Light refreshments will be served.

Montgomery County’s HOAs, condos, and co-ops are feeling the impact of tightened budgets, increased delinquent fees and in some instances, the threat of bankruptcy. If you reside in a common ownership community or work with these communities, you can benefit from this Forum with best practices for weathering the current economy.
