Montgomery College Crunch Time
This week at MC Germantown: Open Student Senate meeting, student art exhibit and a seminar on how to earn extra college credits.
It’s Crunch Time! Spring semester is down to only four weeks of classes, and summer 2011 class registration will begin Monday, April 11. Priority advising and counseling for students with 14 or fewer credits runs from April 11 through the April 18. Other Germantown campus events include:
- Germantown campus’ Student Senate will host an open meeting Wednesday, April 13. All MC students are welcome to attend the meeting to voice their ideas about how to improve MC Germantown. The meeting will be held in HS 007 from 1 to 2:30 pm.
- Art of all types will be on display this Monday, April 11 in the Globe Hall Atrium from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Come out and see the artistic talent MC Germantown has to display.
- Montgomery College is offering an exam that could earn college credit for skills you might already have. On Thursday, April 14 MC Germantown will host a seminar in HT 216 from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. that offers information on the Assessment of Prior Learning.
