14th anniversary of the Millennium Stage with OK Go and Pomplamoose
Millennium Stage celebrates its 14th anniversary with a free concert by OK Go  — the guys who made treadmills cool — and Pomplamoose tonight (Thursday, June 23) at The Kennedy Center. Unfortunately, it’s too late to score free tickets, but those who lack the lucky ticket can still catch the whole thing live online. Showtime is at 6 p.m.

This time last week golf fans were swooping down on the Congressional Country Club in swarms for the U.S. Open. If you aren’t all golfed out — now that a champion has been named, and the parking lot that was Gaithersburg has emptied — you can still head to the South Germantown Driving Range, 18045 Central Park Circle,
Boyds. It’s open 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. Saturday and Sunday, and 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. Monday through Friday. A basket of 52 golf balls costs $7. Call 301-670-4670 or go to www.sgdrivingrange.com .
