All they want is your money! They would tell you that your insurance company would cover a procedure without even checking with them and then they would charge you later on. When you try to reason with them, the Office Manager Lisa would talk down to you and treat you like a criminal. She would threaten to sent your account to collection to make you pay. She said that a lot of her clients lied about insurance and she would send all of them to collection if they don't pay. She did not own up to the fact that it was her staff that told us a procedure would be covered by the insurance, in no uncertain term, to make us do the procedure. Then when the insurance company did not cover it, because they really did not check in advance, they would bill you for the whole thing and said it would be our responsibility to check with the insurance, not them, even though they were the one who brought up the procedure, not us. Lisa was rude, arrogant and unprofessional. I guess you can be like that if you are the dentist wife. Even though the practice is Dr Bob, but Dr Bob just hides behind his wife with all the billing complaints.
