I was very disappointed in our first (and only) evaluation appointment for my 7-year-old. We had an amazing dentist that unfortunately moved so we were on the search for another amazing dentist. Needless to say, we are still on that search. The office is very nice when you walk in. There is a nice kid area and they do have a couple tvs that the kids can watch using headphones or play video games. Listening to the receptionist speak to other patients and on the phone, I was not overly impressed with her people skills, but that didn't concern me too much until I realized that lack of people skills came from the top down. When the dentist came in, she was over a half an hour late, without so much as an apology. The office didn't know if I had filled out the paperwork online (which I did) or if I had filled it out in the office, they were very unorganized and didn't have what they needed and said I would have to come back. I don't think so. My point, if you have a lot of free time that you can help them do their job, and if you have more patience than most people then this might be just the dentist for you, if not, then I do NOT recommend! I wish I could tell you if the team was good with kids...I wouldn't know because they sure aren't good with parents!!! With so many options out there in the service industry, learning better customer service is a requirement for any business!

I have been going to an amazing dentist who unfortunately no longer accepted my insurance so I tried this practice since their location was convenient. Between the waiting to be called back, cleaning and for the dentist to check me after the cleaning I was there for over 2 hours! Before starting the x-rays I explained to the hygenist that I have an extra bone on the roof my mouth and under my tongue causing the x-rays to be extremely painful. She goes on to say that there's nothing she can do about that, that it was going to hurt and to pretty much suck it up. She keeps telling me to bite down harder and I explain to her that I can't because it's cutting my mouth to which she replies, after checking with her finger, that well you're not bleeding so it's fine! After that she starts to take the tool to the gum line and pulls it along the gum line to check for gum disease. Immediately tears start to well up and then just start falling down my face. I tell her that I don't want this done and I've never been to a dentist that does it like this. (I've never had an uncomfortable or painful dental experience before) She says come on now you're an adult don't cry it will be over soon enough. After she's done terrorizing my gums she goes on to cleaning with something that's called the Cavitron which ripped my gums to shreds. During this entire time she continues to tell me to suck it up and lectures me about finding jobs, etc. which I thought was completely inappropriate.
