I had an awful experience - I took my curtains to Center Cleaners to get hemmed. When they were returned to me, they had brown spots all over them. I returned them to the store with the expectation that my problem would be resolved. The worker told me that the cleaners did not ruin my curtains, and that she noticed the stains when I brought the curtains in to be hemmed. I told her that the curtains had been freshly washed, and that they were clean when I brought them to be hemmed. She disagreed, and told me that I couldn't prove anything. She walked away from me and went to water a plant. When I told her that my problem hasn't been resolved, she said that there was nothing else to talk about. I told her that this was unaccceptable. Eventually, she told me that pressing was done at another location and gave me an address. I told her that she should have told me tht in the first place, and that she had wasted my time. As I left, she called me "stupid" and "crazy."
